mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for EuroSans-Regular.

Hi,

I tried to convert some .dvi files (made with debian around 2002) to pdf files with dvipdfmx.

When calling dvipdfmx I get the error message

** ERROR ** Unable to find TFM file "EuroSans-Regular".

although the ubuntu package with the recommended fonts should contain this font.

Sorry, my fault. I had a .texmf-config/ in my home which shadowed .texmf-var/
