[PATCH] Some usability fixes

Hello, i want to offer you some usability fixes:

1) some of pixmaps in seqedit window are too big - they can be smaller, but the same informative as well

2) (Also in seqedit window) control for changing length of pattern should be gtk::spinbutton, so there will be ability to set pattern length to values between 16 and 32 bars or 32 and 64 bars and to adjust it with scroll or keyboard, so it will be more user-friendly.

3) JACK sync mode should be switch to 'Song mode' if play button pressed in 'Song editor' and to 'Live mode' if play pressed in main window.

Patch for fixing this 3 small issues is attached.
