The AWN applet icon does not match the selected button

Bug Description

I'm liking the fact that GnoMenu has built-in support for AWN, but I'm finding that when I change the Button it shows up nicely when I'm using the Panel Applet but when I use the AWN applet the change is not recognized.

I forgot to mention that someone asked about this on the AWN Forum (http://awn.planetblur.org/index.php?shard=forum&action=g_reply&ID=2329) and they were told to post the bug here. I didn't find a bug filed already so I posted this one. I'll add a link to this bug in the AWN Forum thread.

Ditto on the icon issue. It is possible that as gnomenu requires a restart and on the AWN panel it crashes, this could be the issue. (Although changing from one menu to another i.e. lancelot to kde) does work even while the applet crashes on the awn bar. Using: Avant Window Navigator 0.3.9-rewrite-bzr1802-karmic1-1 and GnoMenu 2.2.2

This is still broken with GnoMenu 2.9 and Avant-Window-Navigator 0.4.0.
