lost desktop icons and configuration (aspect, wallpaper, mylauncher on panel)

after a reboot without a new installation, i've lost my desktop icons and my configuration (aspect, wallpaper, my launcher on panel).
if i launch sudo nautilus it works but in terminal it write a WARNING **: Unable to add monitor: Operation not supported
