feature request: scroll with arrows & allow objects to move diagonally

It would be nice if I could scroll using the arrow keys. And move objects diagonally with arrow keys. If I press Up & Left the object will move diagonally up left instead of only a orthogonal direction.

And if nothing is selected arrow keys to scroll around

I'm a little confused since the "feature request" button goes to the bugs section. The xml editor in inkscape is pretty smart, I select the object CTRL+SHIFT+X and go directly to the objects properties. I can add my own custom settings to it, and away save as xml file. And simply write my game to use it the file as a "level" file. Pretty neat for level design. Another cool thing is some events in inkscape are already there and easier to access (although I probably won't use it for what its actually for lol). I thought I would add this in to let developers know people are using inkscape other than as a drawing tool.
