Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

When adding a new torrent file by opening the torrent file in a file manager, while showing the options dialog causes the torrent to be saved by default to the user's home folder.

This did not occur in previous versions of transmission.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In "torrents" tab in preferences, "show options dialog" should be checked.

2. set save to location to someplace other than the home folder

3. open a torrent file by double clicking in the file system or by adding via the file menu (add file...)

what happens:

The save to location appears as the home folder.

expected behavior:

The "save to" location in preferences should be the default save to location when opening/adding a new torrent.

Checking the "show options dialog" to off in preferences adds the torrent with the correct save to location.
