Please sync libsvm (2.90-1) with Debian testing

The changes in Debian can be safely incorporate in Ubuntu because 4 bugs were fixed in Debian see #548401, #557339, #527805, #558575 (Debian Bug Tracker) the testing package also builds fine in a lucid chroot:
