Binary package hint: pidgin

vorrei accedere, tra le possibilità di messaggistica istantanea, su messanger ma il mio indirizzo non fa in tempo ad accedere che mi viene annunciato che è disconnesso non capisco perchè.. dato che internet funziona e il mio indirizzo su altri computer accede. cosa e come posso fare?? grazie
