Lateral panel randomly changes its size

Binary package hint: kdebase
Applicative: Dolphin file manager
Description: the lateral panel changes its size without the user intervenction.
Specific description: after configuring the panels: "Places", "Folders", and "Information" to a one single tabbed panel, the issue has appeared. The lateral panel always changes his width enlarging. No issues related to the height.
Sugestion for Dolphin: to add a feature that locks the size of the window and the size of the panels and widgets.

I would be happy to reproduce the problem so I can confirm this bug but I am not 100% clear on what the problem is or how to reproduce it. Could you either write up some specific steps necessary to reproduce the problem or attach a video of the problem so we can at least see how to reproduce it?
