Bug Description

I see the card in the audio settings manager, but this message is repeated in the syslog:

There are many folks who would appreciate Line6 UX2 to work in Linux, this would be just awesome for the Ubuntu-Studio version.
Please make it work. This is the only part of my Ubuntu Setup that makes me and others feel down. I mean, I have an awesome piece of hardware that cannot do it's work and it's a major downer and frustration as I am a proud Ubuntu man, I gave up Windows for Ubuntu..! :)... Please, here's begging you... make it work!!

Compiling the toneport driver from source fixed the issue. Lucid seems to have the same problem. After my current lucid reinstall if I still have the issue I'll submit a bug report.
