Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

Opening the right click context menu for files showed most options disabled.
I did not attempt to click on a menu item marked as disabled or otherwise.
I had multiple tabs open. The same effect was seen in all tabs. There were no
other Nautilus windows open.

I am experiencing this bug in Ubuntu 12.04, and I hadn't notice in any previous versions (I'm using Ubuntu since 7.04). I don't know what to do to force the error, but seems to be relating to the use of the two panels in Nautilus. The error happens quite often and once it does remains until I restart Nautilus.

I have this problem in two different computers (laptop and netbook), so I think it's quite strange that no more people had reported so far. By the way, my system language is Spanish (maybe this could affect).

I'm using "GNOME nautilus 3.4.2".

@Jose: comment # is likely another issue, see bug #973491

You are right Sebastien. Bug #973491 exactly describes my problem. I moved my vote to that other bug.
