Bug Description
The docs say that Assert.Pass "allows you to record a message in the test result." The TestProperties dialog in the Gui displays the message but the xml output only shows a message for failures, errors and tests not run. If there is a message, we should put it in the XML output, no matter what the outcome.

The message is contained in a <reason> element, just as for ignored tests.
