Binary package hint: empathy

empathy should allow users to hide a specific contact(or all contacts) from the contact list without removing and having them back from an *ignore list* if wanted.

do you want to address that when you add a contact the contact don't receive any request of adding you as a contact? If so please comment in the upstream bug more clearly

There we some misunderstanding between both upstream and downstream bug reports. now marking duplicate as reported a clear upstream and downstream bug reports
