Allow use of home folder for theme installation too

Bug Description

Both /usr/share/openshot/themes and ~/.openshot/themes should work for theme installation, because that's the standard way of doing it - and saves the trouble for the user of going into root nautilus and etc.

I guess the ideal thing would be to have an import function within the application that would take care of it all, then the user doesn't need to worry about it.
