inkscape 0.47 don't shows in taskbar

Sometimes inkscape 0.47 don't shows in taskbar after starting. Alt-Tab can switch it on.
After restarting inkscape everything ok.

OS Windows XP SP3.

Never noticed that bug on Windows XP and Vista, Inkscape 0.47.

Alexander,some possibly faulty libs have been updated in Inkscape 0.48. Could you please try to reproduce the issue with this new version (http://sourceforge.net/projects/inkscape/files/inkscape/0.48) and confirm it is fixed?
