Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Occasionally when I press ALT+TAB I see one of the window thumbnails being shown twice. That is, if I have two windows open, I will see tree thumbnails instead of two, one of them being a duplicate. When this happens, it coincides with the view being different; normally the thumbnails are simply shown side-by side, but when I get the error I will see a view where the off-center thumbnails are shown with a three-dimensional effect (it's difficult to describe, but I suppose it's one of the alternative views I could choose if I changed my options).
This looks to be a mere presentation glitch, as task switching works fine. However, it is confusing.
I can reproduce this about once per login session. I have not found any usage pattern to reproduce it.

I haven't seen this in a long time. I wish Launchpad had a WORKSFORME status.
