Bug Description

When I qannotate file contains 15 lines and click under contents, I got below error:

bzr: ERROR: exceptions.IndexError: list index out of range

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:/Program Files/Bazaar/plugins\qbzr\lib\annotate.py", line 459, in edit_cursorPositionChanged
IndexError: list index out of range

I uses bzr-2.1.0b4 and qbzr-0.17 contained in the bzr-2.1.0b4-setup.exe

I fixed this problem recently re keyboard navigation. I think it should fix it and for mouse clicks too.
