Bug Description
I've been using Wubi with Kubuntu Karmic (off of the latest shipit CD), but recently it's been failing. I installed a bunch of upgrades, including (I think) a kernel upgrade. Then, I tried running sudo update-grub2 and then sudo aptitutde install grub2 (as per instructions at http://

I also tried this at the prompt:
linux /boot/vmlinuz- 2.6.31- 14-generic root=/dev/sda2 loop=/ubuntu/ disks/root. disk ro img-2.6. 31-14-generic
initrd /boot/initrd.
boot
...but there's no /dev/sda* (or /dev/hda*, for that matter)
