Source files name change proposal

I've a proposition: rename the following php files affected by installation:

mod_psiphon/httpd_conf/httpd.conf
www/config.php

into

mod_psiphon/httpd_conf/httpd.conf.tpl and www/config.php.tpl or something like that.

First, this way source files can coexist with the actual httpd.conf and config.php thus simplifying developer's life
as one can just symlink {dest}/apache2/www to the {source}/www.

Second, there's much less chance to commit httpd.conf and config.php with developer's db credentials.

Modify the install script accordingly.
