if one edits a note with no service, it inserts a zero into the service id

Bug Description
When it inserts a zero in the service id field, this causes that to link to a non existant service id 0 and shows a list of all service with id 0!

still inserting a zero in there since that is needed when using strict mode sql, however now the zero is ignored and links are not printed for service id zero
