Can't add new meeting

- Start RevAger 1.1 and create a new review session, then save it.
- Change some preferences: disable auto-updates and auto-saving
- Quit RevAger 1.1
- Start RevAger r28/trunk
- Agree to import old settings
- Enter "Instant Review" mode
- Open the previously saved review file (from RevAger 1.1)
- Proceed
- The error message in the screenshot appears.
- Close message.
- Create a new review session.
- Try to add a new meeting. Meeting window won't close and meeting won't get created.

I think it doesn't make really much sense to track bugs, that are triggered by some previous error conditions (in this case Bug #496960). Once the application (almost) crashed, various problems can arise. Our job is to prevent this crash, not to cure the symptoms.

Should be fixed with the latest commit in trunk branch for Bug #496960 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/revager/+bug/496960) as well. :-)

This bug also ocurred without loading a review (so the application hasn't crashed). But you're right...my fault, sorry. But after fixing 496960 the bug is fixed anyway.
