scroll bar and progress bar graphics problems

PROGRESS BAR:
The progress bar starts before and finish after the gui, see attachmentes 1 and 2.

SCROLL BAR:
In the scroll bar, there is a problem that it can be possible to scroll down over the up arrows, see attachments 3 and 4, this bug is present also in firefox and nvu.

I'm unable to reproduce this problem. What desktop theme are you using?
Do you have custom window decorations or other such widgets?

I'm using Lipstik for scrolling bars and similar

Does this happen if you use another theme? Say the default KDE one?

this is no more a bug in Feisty however now there are two new very similar bugs to firefox :(
These 2 programs have always graphics problems.

if you scroll with the mouse then left vertical bar remains at the same position and doesn't follow block. If you move mouse over or put in background firefox and back then it's redrawn correctly.

orizantal and vertical scroll bar doesn't go at the end, they stop here like in the screenshot, this is the opposite problem that we have in thunderbird with Edgy, probably in one case he expect to not have double arrow and this case (Feisty) thinks to have and they doesn't exist.

my progress bars style is polyester, that in other applications has double arrow, so I think this is a bug in gtk under QT to understand what they should draw.

Hi Cimmo. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Can you confirm the bug is not present in Thunderbird? Thanks in advance.
