Error syncing dot files in home diretory

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I wanted to save the preferences form my programs. I though I could do this by uploading all the dot files for my home directory to Ubuntu One. I expected the files to upload.
The upload seemed to be working, a small fraction of the files are on Ubuntu One. But Ubuntu One said and error occured and I should report it. At the time I had a Torrent downloading.
