"Invalid Time Value" warnning in Evolution under zh_CN.UTF8 locale

Under zh_CN.UTF8 locale, when I try to create a new appointment in the Evolution, the time combox is in Chinese such as "上午08:30" (8:30am)，when I choose one of the values, a "Invalid Time Value" warnning dialog pops up.

I have the same problem, I'm using hu locale, but evolution is a mixed up en and hu something. I can't choose 12 h time format, and the invalid time value is popping up like a virus when trying to set the beginning of the day. I almost have to reboot sometimes.

I have hardy and debian lenny, but I completely wiped off evolution some time ago from both system, so I don't know, sorry. :)
