Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdm

after recent upgrade can no longer login from gdm. After entering user name and pressing login, gdm restarts without letting user enter password.

My changes were reverted, so if this behavior is still happening with the latest version, it's not caused by my changes.

Please close this bug. The issues were actually caused by user permissions and not the gdm package. Thanks
