Bug Description
There appears to be a javascript error on +manage-
Tom B has confirmed and is working on a fix.
OEM has dependency on this for a client and would greatly appreciate a rapid fix.

The problem appears to be a javascript error when trying to create the list item in the function make_tag_li. Maybe some data trips it.
