Hi Kerry,

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Unfortunately, the attached logs do not give any indication that Ubuntu One crashed or what the cause of the crash may have been. Can you please attach any ~/.cache/ubuntuone/syncdaemon-exception.log files you may have to this bug report so we can better determine what the cause of this problem might be?

Thank you,

Joshua

I am closing this bug report because of the reasons stated above. Kerry if you are still experiencing this bug and can provide the additional information requested please do, and mark the bug as 'new'.

@darkwithin,
if you are experiencing a similar problem please open your own bug report. There is not enough details in this report to be able to determine if you have the same problem. You can file a bug by right-clicking ther Ubuntu One applet and selecting 'Report a Problem'
thank you,

@k-cid. There is not enough details in this report to be able to determine if you have the same problem as the original reporter of this bug. You are experiencing bug #458393. The current workaround for that issue is to right-click the Ubuntu One applet -> Select "preferences" -> set "connect on start" to "never". Note that you will need to manually connect in order to be able to sync your files after doing this. This can be done by left-clicking the Ubuntu One applet & selecting "connect".

If you are still experiencing problems, please file a seperate bug report. This can be done by right-clicking ther Ubuntu One applet and selecting 'Report a Problem' or by running "ubuntu-bug ubuntuone-client" (without the quotes) from a terminal window.

Thanks in advance!
