Empathy would not sign into accounts

1. I am using ubuntu 9.10, 64-bit.
2. 2.28.1.1 -0ubuntu1 (empathy)

 When signing in from the applet at the top of the screen, I noticed that Empathy did not sign into my accounts. Shutting down the programme and restarting it did not fix the problem.

Hi there!

I'm horribly sorry, but the computer that I was running this on had a hard drive failure. When I got things fixed up and re-installed Ubuntu 9.10, I did not have this same problem. I do not know how to reproduce it. I apologise for the inconvenience!
