Please sync mythtvfs-fuse 0.6.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

This package is intended for an SRU into Karmic (totally broken due to new
MythTV protocol), so as a prerequisite, it must be built and running in
Lucid first. As such, I need to sync this from unstable so as to avoid
a combined waiting time of unstable-into-testing and the the SRU week.

mythtvfs-fuse (0.6.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release, supports MythTV 0.22 (LP: #468429).
    - 04_xopen_source.patch: dropped, taken upstream.
