Bug Description
Binary package hint: deluge
When I seed a file I still see non-zero download rates in peers window. On the other hand, global download rate is still visible as 0,0. It is inconsistent.
I'd expect deluge not to show >0.0 download rate by a peer I'm seeding to, not downloading from.

I've been using Deluge 1.2.2-2 on Lucid and this bug does not occur for me.
Can you please upgrade to the newer version of Deluge from deluge-team's PPA (https:/ /launchpad. net/~deluge- team/+archive/ ppa) and see if this bug still occurs? Thanks!
(If you have upgraded Ubuntu 9.10 to a newer release, please let us know.)
