Please sync graphmonkey 1.7-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes have been accepted upstream (see discussion below)
Sync from unstable since we just uploaded. It hasn't had time to migrate yet.

Hi,

It can't be a sync at the moment, as some changes are missing in Debian. I've seen at least:
* debian/copyright: Update copyright years
* debian/graphmonkey.1: Add new information (taken from HELP)
* debian/graphmonkey.desktop: Add .desktop file
* debian/rules:
 - Add icon and .desktop file installation

So please report to Debian, so that it can really be a sync request.

Thanks for catching them, I honestly just deferred to the debian
change on the man page and copyright issues, but if there is
information there we don't want to lose it. Now I know to be careful
about those

Debian includes the HELP file now, so they might pass on the man page
change. The copyright issue should be looked at and confirmed (from
debian side, especially), but most importantly that .desktop file and
icon should be fixed.
