gedit syntax highlighting has problems with python

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gedit

When opening a python file that contains comments like
'''
some text
goes here
'''

gedit does not color them the way #-comments are colored but treats it like source code.
Having all in one line works though.

Ok, seems like it's not as simple, not all files have the problem as stated above.
Here is an example, http://trac.gajim.org/browser/branches/gajim_0.10.1/src/common/xmpp/client_nb.py?format=raw

The file shows the problem in the first comment in line 17.
