Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

i normally use Pidgin, because it has more options and a little bit better interface, so i have Pidgin running and Empathy is really closed (not closed to tray) but sometimes when a new user comes online and sends me a message Empathy starts and shows up. then Pidgin is disconnected from that service the user is on.
that's really annoying because i don't have the functionality and another log in this case.

Hi! It would be better if you have only one instant messenger client running to prevent this conflict. Either you uninstall Empathy completely or remove the indicator applet and set Empathy to not connect automatically on startup.
