The problem is that the code in app.py that deal with aptdaemon is not update to the new API yet. This needs to be fixed for the final release. It should use the "reload" interface that the InstallBackend provides.

paradix86ch, were you using the March 13th daily iso build? If so, which version (ubuntu, kubuntu, unr, etc)? Or were you using an earlier build that was updated by the package managers?
