Field Value "header" can not be modified on Object ir.actions.report.xml

We can verify this issue on:

Administration > Low Level Objects > Actions > Report XML

Select a report....

Try to change the value: "Add RML header"

Save Changes.....

The change is not saved.

Try the same thing on GTX client it works fine!!!!
