Bug Description
- Should be pre-entered (but editable) in the user-creation screen for invite-recipients.
- Should _not_ be chosen dynamically (like the UI language) based on the default homepage of the invite-sender.
- Could be chosen manually by the invite-sender at invitation-time, but...this seems awkward.
