Bug Description

The selected inproxy may be invalid for the Node Host or Node Admin who submitted the initial request, and other inproxies are not displayed, so a valid subsequent request can not be submitted without reloading the page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as Node Admin
2. Submit send-invitation or create-invitation request
3. Proxy-selection dropdown will default to a different proxy

Deisred Behavior:
1. Inproxy-selection dropdown should default to the node for which the previous request was sent
2. Inproxies that are invalid for that user should not be displayed in the proxy-selection dropdown
