scim-qtimm conflict with sound juicer cd extractor

Bug Description

Binary package hint: scim-qtimm

if scim is installed, sound juicer cannot be started.

to reproduce:
1. sudo apt-get install scim-qtimm
2. Applications -> Sound & Video -> Sound Juicer CD Extractor
3. sound juicer cannot be brought to the desktop
4. the sound juicer process is listed running in system monitor
5. sudo apt-get remove scim-qtimm
6. Applications -> Sound & Video -> Sound Juicer CD Extractor
7. sound juicer is back

Can you run Sound Juicer CD Extractor in terminal, and give the output in terminal.( with scim-qtimm installed)
Have you installed gtk2-engine-gtk-qt?, do :
 dpkg-query -l |grep gtk2-engine-gtk-qt
