Bug Description

Seen regularly in apache error log when the sunset theme is selected:
[Thu Dec 10 16:25:11 2009] [error] [client 192.168.254.230] File does not exist: /home/nicols/mahara/htdocs/theme/sunset/static/images/header-b.jpg, referer: http://mahara.local/theme/sunset/static/style/style.css

Sure enough, it's not there or anywhere else in the repo.

This file is specified in:
theme/sunset/static/style/style.css: background: transparent url(../images/header-b.jpg) no-repeat top left;
