2 country names need to be corrected in database

Venezuela should be replaced by: Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of)
and
Bolivia should be replaced by: Bolivia (Plurinational State of)

This is really important, can someone fix this is the databases right away? particularly the one on hqsuudb01?

I just changed the database on hqsuudb01.who.int:3307, here's the SQL used:
update COUNTRIES set COUNTRY_NAME="Bolivia (Plurinational State of)" where COUNTRY_NAME="Bolivia";
update COUNTRIES set COUNTRY_NAME="Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of)" where COUNTRY_NAME="Venezuela";
This still needs to be done for all the other instances of the DB.

The LOCATIONS table also needs to be updated since the COUNTRIES table is derived from this.
