firefox ask me to restart browser always. and flash contents never finished loading.

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
i have updated my ubuntu , then with updated firefox , it always tells me to restart the browser. flash contents built in facebook(such ; applications) never finishes loading. it loads one time and then again starts loading.
