thunderbird start only one time to each 4 or 5 start

hi,
since few months when i try to start thunderbird it doesn't make anything
exactly i always get the window "choose user profile" first but after if i click on one of the 4 profiles, the window normally disappear and the mailbox doesn't appear...
sometimes it works directly and sometimes i'm obliged to do it again 10 times before it works

i tried the command "kill -bin thunderbird" and "killall thunderbird-bin" but nothing change
anyway when it doesn't work there's no other instance of thunderbird in the system monitor

Could you try to start thunderbird from a Terminal?

Then paste the output you get there, maby we can get some more information from there.
