Bug Description

Hi Uniters,

I noticed that in the last 1.1 version downloadable from:
http://launchpad.net/nunit-results/1.1/1.1/+download/nunit-results-1.1-bin.zip

take current PC Date-Time and write it to HTML files (also I noticed
that Index file had date-time 2009-12-07 16:09:00 and linked TestClass
html file have 2009-12-07 16:09:01 - one second more ).

In the TestResult.xml file there is also information about date-time
written in the form e.g:

date="2009-11-24" time="16:36:38">

so we should take this xml date-time written in TestResult.xml
showing real test date-time and not current PC date-time.

Br,
Milan.
