[lucid] expose wont work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

expose plugin is not working in Lucid
it simply turns monitors off.

i'll debug it more if someone lets me know how to.

Running --reload seems help fix it

$ compiz --reload
compiz (core) - Warn: Unknown option '--reload'
