I cannot connect to ubuntuone shared folder nor can I connect to ubuntuone with the icon in the system tray by my clock

I had upgraded to 9.10 and than installed ubuntuone signed up and tried to use the icon to connect but it wont connect

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. Can you try the following and let me know if it solves the problem for you?
1. Open Applications- >Accessories- >Passwords & Encryption Keys /one.ubuntu. com/account/ machines/
2. Delete your "Ubuntu One token"
3. Open Firefox and go to: https:/
4. Delete all the machines on the account
5. Restart the Ubuntu One client (you should get a browser window prompting you to add your computer to Ubuntu One)
6. Add your computer
7. Does the client connect and sync now?
