Bug Description
When closing a Noodle by clicking the "X" in the corner, it's correctly removed from view, but the QGraphicsScene still thinks there's an object there. It may be necessary to notify the Scene via a signal when a Noodle is closed, so the Scene can do necessary cleanup.

To reproduce, go to Board>New, close the new noodle, then do Board>New again. Repeat. Each new Noodle should go to the right of existing ones, but even with none visible, the new one goes to the right of where the closed ones were.
