Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
The change log for a package belongs to the package properties together with the package description, dependencies, versions etc. which can be accessed using the properties item from the popup menu. It is a separate main menu item "Package > Download change log" at the moment which is pretty hard to find if you don't know it's there.
