Bug Description
Problem:
If transaction contains 'Ł' character (imported from Barclays internet banking), HomeBank is not saving it properly.
Version:
HomeBank 4.1 on Windows Vista 32bit
Steps to reproduce problem:
1. import data.ofx file (attached)
2. save imported data
3. created xhb file is not saved properly - xml is not well-formed and transactions are lost after subsequent open

This bug seems similar to #378992.
I will check on my vista with a fresh install of homebank.
