The ----( O---- symbols is like an neuronium synapsis. Similarly, in software engineering, it represents a connection between an interface required ---( and another interface provided O----. To accomplish this semantics in my diagram, I have to draw two connectors. There isn't problem at all about drawing two connectors, but some important thing is "that two connectors AREN'T connected between" because when they're I will obligate to make them continuous.
So I think there is two ways to accomplish this:
1. support noncontinuous connectors (to set the space between the two parts, to set the start and end markers in the discontinuous point ...)
2. support some kind of grouping or stay-together without overlapping relation between two (or more) individual connectors. Maybe this idea could be understood as "many-to-one connectors linking support"
