slow motion replay checkbox missing

Bug Description
I started texttest with the -new flag, and enabled use case recording with pyUseCase. I recorded one or two tests, then I wanted to replay them in slow motion. I looked on the tab where the checkbox usually is, and it was missing. I restarted texttest (without the -new flag) and the checkbox was back where it should be and it worked as it should.

Should now be shown also for newly-created GUI tests (and not for newly-created non-GUI tests)
